Booking Terms & Conditions

When the booking form has been received, I will send an invoice whereby payment is due within 30 days.  Bank details are stated on the invoice and cheques can be made payable to Stacey Miller.

If you need to cancel, please let me know no less than 3 weeks prior to the course date so that you can receive a full refund.  Notice within the 3 weeks will not qualify for a refund but you can substitute a delegate at any time. Please note that if a cancellation is not received and you do not attend, you are still liable for the full course fee.

Stacey Miller Consultancy reserves the right to cancel any courses at any time without liability.  I do not intend to ever do this and I will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible if I have no choice but to cancel a course.  In this rare case, a full refund will be provided and there will be an option to transfer to the next available course.
